Diversifying Business Generation Activities

Watch as 2013 REALTOR Magazine 30 Under 30 Finalist Jillian Bos explains how she has been enable to enjoy such great success so early in her real estate career by consistently layering lead generation activities to dramatically increase production over time.  All real estate agents are faced with an overwhelming selection of methods for generating business like geographic farming, referral-based businesses, prospecting, occupational farming, drip marketing and etc.  Rather than chaotically attempting to implement several of these methods at once,  Jillian initially chose to focus on a single real estate productivity system.  Once she had developed this initial method into an efficient system that produced measurable results, she would simply add another method to her regular business generation activities.  Jillian annually repeated this process of “adding layers” until she became a nationally recognized top producing real estate agent.
